Processing Times

Orders for originals, stickers, and in-stock prints normally go out within 1-2 business days. If a print listing says that the size you selected will be made to order, allow a few more days for me to make your print. Made-to-order prints will usually be ready to ship within one week. If your order includes both in-stock items and made-to-order prints, I'll ship everything together when all items are ready. 

While most items ship from my home studio, shirt orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by my printing company. If your order contains a shirt and other items, the shirt will arrive separately from the rest of your order. All shirts are made to order and most will ship within 5 business days. However, sometimes my printing company does experience delays, and unfortunately I have no way of controlling when your shirt order ships.



Orders are normally shipped via USPS, either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of your order. Stickers are mailed in a stamped envelope. Shipping time is normally 1-5 business days, not including the time it takes for me to prepare and package your order. 

If you choose expedited shipping, I will prepare your order within 2 business days (even if it includes made-to-order prints) and ship via USPS Priority Mail.

International shipping is available to anywhere in the world. Please be aware that there may be duties or import taxes depending on your country, which you as the buyer are responsible for. I will not falsify information on custom forms for you.


Lost/delayed orders

Please understand that once I drop off your package at the post office, I have no control over the shipping process. Estimated shipping times are based on those given by USPS, and are not guaranteed. USPS is currently experiencing unprecedented shipping volumes and more delays than usual, so please be patient if your package is delayed. Please understand that I can only see the same tracking information that you do, and cannot tell you why a package may be delayed or stuck in transit.

If it seems that your package is lost for good, I will replace it for you (or refund you if the product is no longer available). If your package was shipped via USPS Priority Mail, I will consider it lost if it has not arrived after 15 days from the date it was shipped. For USPS First Class Packages and stamped envelopes, I will consider it lost if it has not arrived after 30 days.

For other shipping services and international shipments, timeframe will be considered on a case by case basis. In the case of international shipments, the buyer will be responsible for the cost to ship the replacement order.

Please contact me if you believe your package to be lost. 



If you are unhappy with your purchase or if you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item for a return or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For returns and exchanges on international orders, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.


Damaged orders

I do my best to package everything with care, and it is very rare that an order arrives damaged. If it happens to you, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and I will provide a refund or replacement. For international orders, the buyer will be responsible for the cost to ship the replacement order.
